Public Hearing for LL 3 of 2021 Opting out of On-site Cannabis Consumption Establishments with Special Meeting to follow

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF CATSKILL TOWN BOARD

Please take notice that the Catskill Town Board, Catskill, NY will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at Catskill Town Hall, 439 Main St., Catskill, NY at 6:00 PM.  The purpose of the public hearing will be to review proposed Local Law 3 of 2021 opting-out of  on-site cannabis consumption establishments.  The proposed local law is subject to a permissive referendum.  The Board will welcome public comment at that time and in writing.  The proposed Local Law is available for review on the Town website www.townofcatskillny.gov and at the Town Clerk’s Office, 439 Main St., Catskill, NY 12414.  By Order of the Catskill Town Board, Elizabeth Izzo, Town Clerk
