Present: Chairman-Joe Izzo, Vice Chair- Larry Federman, Bridgett Hernandez, Charles Holtz, Reid Mower, Teresa Golden   

                Tom Decker, Secretary Patricia Case-Keel.

Absent: All Present.

Also Present: Michel Smith (Town of Catskill Attorney) Elliot Fishman (Town of Catskill C.E.O.)    

Chairman Joe Izzo opened the meeting.

Mr. Izzo stated the Board will be entering into an executive session regarding a legal issue and there  will be no other business discussed at tonight’s meeting..

Mr. Federman made a motion for the Board to enter into an executive session , seconded by Ms. Golden

7 Ayes, 0 Nays 0, Absent Motion Carried.

Mr. Mower made a motion for the Board to come out if an executive session seconded by Mr. Izzo

7 Ayes, 0 Nays 0, Absent Motion Carried

Executive session ended at 6:30 P.M.

Ms. Golden made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Federman
