Halloween Curfew

Please remember the Town of Catskill has a Halloween curfew in effect one day preceding Halloween, Halloween Day and the one day after Halloween for all persons under the age of 19.  On Halloween Day the curfew hours are between 9:00 pm and 6:00 am of the following day. The curfew will apply at all times except when a person 19 years of age or under is accompanied by a parent or guardian, when the minor is on specific business or activity directed or permitted by his or her parent or guardian, in writing identifying the minor, or when the presence of a minor is required in connection with some legitimate employment, trade, profession or occupation.  For further review please reference Chapter 95 under Town Code.
