Special Meeting # 6-2006 2007 Budget

Supervisor Izzo opened the meeting with a moment of silent prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance.
The resolution to adopt the 2007 Preliminary Budget was read by Supervisor Izzo.
RESOLUTION # 102-2006 ADOPTION OF PRELIMINARY BUDGET AS THE ANNUAL 2007 BUDGET.
Councilman Leggio, offered the following for consideration and adoption,
WHEREAS, the Catskill Town Board held a Public Hearing on the Preliminary Budget on November 8th, 2006, at 6:00PM, with all in attendance having the opportunity to be heard, so
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Catskill Town Board approve the Preliminary Budget, as the Annual 2007 Budget of the Town of Catskill, for the fiscal year beginning the 1st of January, 2007, and such budget as so adopted, be presented by the Town Clerk to the Catskill Town Supervisor, who will present such to the Greene County Legislature, as prescribed by Town Law.
Councilman Antonelli and O’Connor, seconded this motion.

Motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Antonelli and seconded by Councilman O’Connor.
