Reconvene Public Hearing #5-2009 JUNK: Hanzl Property

Absent: Michael Smith, Councilman
Supervisor Markou reconvened the public hearing. He stated that the property was visited by Councilman’s O’Connor and Walsh, himself, and the Code Enforcement Officer today.
Councilman O’Connor stated we looked around and the only thing that he saw was that the material that is buried in the back that is covered with brush which may house rodents should be covered up with fill. That was the only thing he saw wrong with the property.
Councilman Walsh stated the same thing as did Supervisor Markou.
Mr. Hanzl stated they plan on getting fill to level the whole thing off. It should be done within a month. He is also putting in a stockade fence.
Councilman O’Connor stated the recreational vehicle needs an inspection. Mr. Hanzl stated this will be done.
Supervisor Markou asked for any other comments.
Ms. Espell asked what the time limit is. Supervisor Markou stated 30 days and the Code Office will re-inspect both the property and the inspections on the vehicles.
With no other comment a motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Antonelli and seconded by Councilman Walsh.
Meeting ended at 6:04 pm.
