Supervisor Markou opened the bid opening and read the four bids received. They were the following:

2. Harkins Mechanical Construction

Lump sum $267,997. Base total $167,131. Alternates $100,860. Bid bond was included.
3. Arold Construction
51 Powder Mill Bridge Road
Kingston, NY 12401
Lump sum $347,600. Base price $227,200. Alternate $120,400. Bid bond included.
4. J. Myers Water Services
7974 Main St.
PO Box 214
Hunter, NY 12442
Base price $116,100. Alternates $70,900. Total $187,000. Check was included in the amount of $9,350. No bid bond included.
Supervisor Markou will submit these bids to Delaware Engineering for their review who will in turn advise the Board. Bid opening ended at 1:10 pm.
