Councilman Antonelli opened the three bids that were received. They are as follows:
1. Danair Inc., 70 Snyder Dr., Lehighton PA, 18235 $14,380.00
2. Kohl Construction, 45 Becks Rd., Catskill NY, 12414 $ 8,858.00
3. Perfezione Painting Inc., PO Box 368, Port Ewen NY, 12466 $19,549.00
Councilman Antonelli stated that the bids will be sent to the Architect, Scott Dutton, for his review before a resolution to accept would be made.
The bid closing was at 4:03 pm.

Add: On September 11, 2008 a bid was received by VIP Special Service, LLC of 583 Valley Road, W. Orange, NJ 07052 via overnight Federal Express. Since this bid was received after the deadline, it was not included in the bid opening.
