Special Meeting #3-2007 Approval of New Mobile Home Park License

Supervisor Izzo opened the meeting with a moment of silent prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance.
Supervisor Izzo states that there is one item on the agenda, and that is the to approve the application of the mobile home license for Catskill III, LLC. The Supervisor states that there is a resolution that is need to pass to approve the application for the license.
Supervisor Izzo question Mr. Scott Shallo, Esq. if the application fee was paid for by his client. He responded that it was already paid.
RESOLUTION # 41-2007 APPROVAL OF MOBILE PARK LICENSE
Councilman Antonelli, presented the following for consideration and adoption,
WHEREAS, the Town of Catskill held a public hearing on March 29th 2007, at 6:00 PM,
in regards to the approval of the application from Catskill III, LLC, so
THEREFORE WE, the Catskill Town Board, pursuant to Section § 121.13 here by
approve the application of Catskill III, LLC, for a Mobile Park License. Subject to the closing and sale of the current Mobile Park and proof of such as defined by the applicants application for such license delivered to the Town Clerk’s Office, with payment of the license fee.
Councilman Leggio, seconded this motion.
Ayes 4, Nays 0, Absent 1, (Councilman Hanusik), Motion Carried
Supervisor Izzo asked for a motion to adjourn the Special Meeting.
The motion to adjourn was made by Councilman O’Connor and seconded by Councilman Antonelli.
The Special Meeting was adjourned at 6:40 pm.
