NOTICE OF ANNUAL ELECTION FOR THE PALENVILLE FIRE DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given that upon motion of the Board of Commissioners of the Palenville Fire District, Town of Catskill, County of Greene, State of New York, the annual election of the Palenville Fire District will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2009 from 6 PM to 9 PM at the Fire Station of the Palenville Fire Department, located at 717 Route 32A.
The purpose of the election is to elect one Commissioner for a term of five (5) years. Also to change the postiion of Secretary/Treasurer from an elected position to an appointed position, commencing January 1, 2010.
Candidates for the above office of Commissioner of said District must file their name with Secretary, Roberta Spring, at least ten (10) days prior to the date of said election.
