On 6/25/08 the Supreme Court ruled that commercial composting facilities are not permitted uses in the Rural Residential/Agriculture zone and the compost and mulch material located on property on Cauterskill Road has to be removed. This matter was brought before the court after the property owner did not comply with an Order To Remedy issued by the Code Enforcement Office.
