TOWN OF CATSKILL PLANNING BOARD
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Please be advised that the Town of Catskill Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing Pursuant to section 160.19 of Town Law (Site Plan Review) and section 160.17 of Town Law (Special Use) on the application of the proposed Home Depot Project located Route 23B, Exit 21, NYS Interstate 87. Tax Map Parcel numbers 138.04-1-1; 138.00-11-4.2; 138.00-17-1.1 and 138.04-1-2.1.
Said application is open for inspection at the office of the Planning Board located at 439 Main Street, Catskill, NY between the Hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm.
Said Public Hearing will be held on August 26th, 2003 at 6:30pm at the Catskill Elks Lodge, located at 45 N. Jefferson Ave., Catskill, New York at which all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
