Supervisor Markou opened the meeting and asked the Clerk to read the Public Notice:
Please be advised that the Town Board of the Town of Catskill will be holding Public Hearing # 8-2008 on Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at 6:00 pm, at Town Hall, 439-441 Main Street, Catskill, NY 12414. This will be the second of two public hearings related to the upcoming grant application to the New York State Office for Small Cities. The Town will be requesting up to $400,000 in funds to support a Public Facilities project.
The purpose of the second meeting will be to discuss the Town’s application, including specific application components and requirements, budget estimates and implementation procedures.
All residents and business owners are invited and encouraged to attend both meetings for information and to discuss their views. Accommodations for persons with disabilities will be provided. Written comments are welcomed and encouraged. Please submit any comments to:

Supervisor Markou asked if anyone had any questions. With no response, Supervisor Markou asked for a motion to adjourn the meeting. Councilman Antonelli made the motion and Councilman Smith seconded. The meeting adjourned at 6:04 pm.
