Town of Catskill Planning Board
Monthly Meeting
June 24, 2008, 7:00 PM
Present: Chairman Daniel Howard-PE, Vice Chairman Peter Gustas, Warren Sheridan, Allen Uhler, Jack Rivituso, Larry Federman, Secretary Jennifer Kalb.
Absent: Harry~Sacco.
Chairman Dan Howard opened the meeting with a moment of silent prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag.
Minutes of the June 10, 2008 meeting were reviewed. Mr. Gustas made a motion to accept the minutes as written, seconded by Mr. Rivituso.
Ayes 6, Nays 0, Absent 1, Motion Carried.
New Business:
Subdivision SUB-09-2008 Gary & Monica O’Malley, Mossy Hill Road, Catskill.
There were no applicants or representatives present at the meeting to discuss the proposed project.
The Board and Mr. Boglioli of Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP reviewed the plans and discussion ensued.
Mr. Howard stated the Board will continue with the application once the applicant or representatives contact the Secretary of the Board to confirm their attendance for the next scheduled meeting.
With no further business to discuss Mr. Gustas made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Sheridan.
Ayes 6, Nays 0,Absent 1, Motion Carried.
Meeting Adjourned 7:22 PM.
