1.) Both Bride and Groom need to appear at the Town of Catskill Clerk’s Office
2.) Applicants must fill out a Marriage License Application Form
3.) Photo Identification is required of both bride and groom
a.) Driver’s License
b.) Non-Driver’s Photo ID
4.) A Certified Copy of both the Bride and Groom’s Birth Certificates are required
5.) An Official Divorce Decree or the Death Records of a previous spouse are required
6.) The cost for a Marriage License is $40.00
7.) Marriage Licenses are issued between the hours of 8:00AM – 3:00PM
To Obtain A Copy of A Marriage Record:
1.) Applicant must be the bride or the groom
2.) Applicant must have received their marriage license in the Town of Catskill
3.) Applicant must complete the appropriate form at the Town of Catskill Clerk’s Office
4.) Photo Identification is required
