1.) Complete an application at the Town Clerk’s Office
2.) Present proof to verify the dog has received his/her rabies shot (i.e. Rabies Certificate)
3.) Present proof the dog has been spayed or neutered (i.e. Neutering/Spaying Certificate)
*Any dogs owned in the Town or Village of Catskill must be licensed*
